Mahira Khan was born on 21st December, 1982. She is a Pakistani VJ, actress and a model. She has played various types of roles from contemporary to romantic dramas. She has won numerous awards from Lux Style Awards to Pakistan Media Awards. Also won two prime awards from HUM TV make her a high profile actress.
Mahira Khan debuted in Shoaib Mansoor’s starrer movie ‘Bol’ which was produced by Shamoon Abbasi. The movie was the highest grossing movie of all time. Other than this she will star in yet another project name by ‘Uninhibited’. It is to be released in 2014. She will be seen in an Indian movie which would be accompanied by Ranveer Singh.
Apparently she started working as a VJ at the age of 16 years old. She hosted a live show Most Wanted three days on MTV Pakistan. Back in 2011 she hosted 10th Lux style awards with Faizan Haque. Prior to 2008 and 2013 she hosted the function with Mikhaal Zulfikar on 1st Hum Awards.
Moreover Mahira did her matriculation from Foundation Public School and went for higher studies at the age of 17 to California. She received her education from University of Southern California and came back to homeland Pakistan in 2008.
Mahira Khan, has done a lot of photo – shoots for magazines which includes Luscious, Beauty, Paper, Sunday, Women’s Own and Libas.
