New Delhi: Indian tourism industry is facing downfall from last few months due to increase in Sexual Abuse Cases, Indian media reported. Every month, Thousands of tourists from all around the world visit Indian but now it is falling. The Indian Tour Operator Association asked government should protect foreigners especially women foreigners. The Organization demanded for Tourists Helpline & separate police for tourists. In last couple of months, dozens of sexual assault events defamed Indian dignity on internet. After Mumbai Gang-Rape Case, international media started highlighting other rape cases.
On other hand, many Male tourist visit India & Bangladesh to fulfill their wrong desires. And that’s why this class of tourists will still visit India, An expert claimed.
It’s also pertinent to mention here that from now, India has become among those countries where citizens of developed countries fear to visit. Pakistan is also facing same issue after war against terror and Pakistani nation lost billions of dollars every year just because of less tourism activities.
