A Texas police officer received a ticket instead of giving one out, for a change. And he was thrilled.A 14-year-old girl handed out the ticket to a Baytown cop last week when he parked on the curb at her apartment complex. "He was parked on the side of the building," Annie James told KPRC. "It said it was a fire lane all the way around." "I came to get my car and I saw a piece of paper on my windshield," Officer Tommy King said. "I took it off, read it and started laughing." Annie asked Officer King to pay $10 to the complex manager. But the Baytown officer had a different idea in mind.
