Dale Willem Steyn born 27 June 1983 is a South African cricketer who plays in Test and One Day International cricket for South Africa. He is currently the number one ranked Test bowler in the world and has been for the past 4 years, achieving the 900+ points benchmark on 13 November 2011[1][2] following his important early work with pace bowling expert, Ian Pont. Steyn plays domestic cricket in South Africa for Cape Cobras.
